Byron Ebersole - VP Sales

Byron is a New Jersey native but grew up in the south and attended college at Florida State University graduating with a BBS degree in Marketing. He and Jeff Hodge were roommates at college and when both graduated they came to work with HE Hodge Co. Byron started with the firm in 1986 with the sales division and has been a dominant force in the institutional equipment industry. His sales abilities are unequaled and admired by many. He has garnered numerous accolades from customers and manufacturers alike and has been the top producer for HE Hodge Co for over 16 years by building rock solid relationships with his clients. Not only does he give quick and top quality customer service but Byron invests himself and his family on a personal basis with his clients. He has made many lifelong friends through his business practices which is the ultimate goal for any successful salesman!

Ron Saren - Sales Representative

|
Ron currently hails from the city of Milton after spending his childhood in Snellville. After graduation from Brookwood High School, Ron attended the University of Georgia and earned a double degree in Insurance and Risk Management and Management Information Systems. Upon graduation Ron started his career with Chastian Davis Insurance Agency and within two years became Vice Persident of the company. Soon after, an opportunity to purchase an automobile transmission repair business was seized and Ron operated the business for a decade and ended up selling the real estate and business in 2001. In 2001, Ron started working for H.E. Hodge Company as a Project Manager and then a year later, as a Sales Representative covering the N. W. part of Northern Georgia for eight years. On a personal side, Ron has been married for nearly 20 years to his wife Tami, and has 3 children. He enjoys coaching football, softball & baseball, attending North Point Community Church, and serving on the board of the Milton Mustangs.

Jody Brooks - Accounting Manager

Jody has lived in Georgia for over 30 yrs and is a 1987 graduate of Georgia State University with a BBA in Accounting. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting ranging from engineering to oil companies and construction. Jody has been the accounting manager at HE Hodge Co. for 11 years and has utilized her tremendous personal skills to keep customers and manufactures happy and coming back. Her attention to detail, unique ability to multitask numerous projects, and comprehensive understanding of all things financial has not only added to HE Hodge Cos success but enhanced the company’s reputation industry wide tremendously. When Jody is not keeping us out of trouble she is fulfilling her passion for the equestrian world by riding her horses at home and on trail rides with her husband and friends.

Chris Brown - Estimator

Chris Brown has been in the institutional equipment industry for his entire career, over 30 years. He started with Porter Athletic Equipment out of Illinois and spent more than 15 years with them in different capacities ranging from engineering draftsman to inside sales to district sales manager. In 1987 Chris joined the Hodge sales team covering a third of Georgia until the West Coast lured him there in 1988. He stayed for 20 years in California gaining experience with Clarin Seating, a playground equipment distributor, and Jaypro Inc. as a salesman and project manager. Upon returning to Georgia H.E. Hodge Co hired him immediately as he had demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the products, processes, and operations of this industry. Chris brings a skill set that is hard to equal as his customers quickly ascertain by being extremely thorough, detailed, and analytical. H.E. Hodge Co. and its clients are fortunate to have such a seasoned veteran.

Eric Bourrie - Sales Representative

Eric grew up in Roswell Georgia, and is a 1990 Graduate from Roswell High School. After high school he attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a BBA in Marketing in 1994. Eric was hired by the H.E. Hodge Company as a project manager in January of 1995 and spent one year as project manager. It was obvious by his quick mastery of the products and industry combined with his excellent rapport with people that he needed to head into sales. Eric has since spent the last 15 years in sales for the H.E. Hodge Company covering the north east and central east portions of Georgia building one of the finest reputations for providing solutions to customers and outstanding service. His interests include spending time with his wife and two beautiful children. When not spending time with the family, Eric can be found in Sanford stadium watching the Georgia Bulldogs football games and being an avid sports fan!

Tucker Green - Project Manager/ Inside Sales

In 2009 Tucker started his career with H.E. Hodge Company as a Project Manager. He has brought a background in construction from his days of owning his own residential construction business which allows him a thorough understanding of how projects should progress and the most efficient ways to complete them. What is most evident however is Tucker’s enthusiasm for the people that he deals with on a day to day to basis in providing solutions to their needs. If you’re around him long enough, you will find that he seems to know everyone and has never met a stranger. Given the construction knowledge, boundless energy, and passion for people, there was no doubt his career path would lead him into the sales field for H.E. Hodge Company.

Tony Johnson - Project Manager

Tony Johnson is an established Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He began working part time on various construction projects while studying at the Georgia Institute of Technology; ultimately obtaining a degree from the School of Architecture in 2003 and from the School of Construction Management in 2004. Since graduation, Tony has experienced a variety of successes, from Federally Funded Housing Projects to Locally Funded Education Facilities. Having two difficult degrees and being knowledgeable of a wide array of project types, Tony offers HE Hodge customers attention to detail, while remaining in perspective of the 'Bigger Picture', the customer's project itself.
